Street commerce in the centre of Lisbon continues to strengthen its offer and will now have a 750 m² space on Rua Alexandre Herculano, which links Marquês de Pombal to Largo do Rato, in the heart of the capital. Real estate consultants JLL and Worx were co-exclusively selected by the owners of the property, the joint venture between private investors Bizau Capital Partners and ADMAR SCR, for its marketing, according to a statement sent to SUPERCASA Notícias.

The shop covers the ground floor of building number 58 at rua Alexandre Herculano, which will host hotel Numa, with 77 rooms, benefiting from indoor parking with capacity for 70 cars. A wide and bright shopfront gives the space excellent visibility in a location just two steps away from Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon's high street shopping area. This axis is still very busy in terms of pedestrian flow, hosting several companies and hotels, as well as recent residential developments. 

According to Mariana Rosa, Head of Leasing Markets Advisory at JLL, "the central location, the size of the shop, its configuration and the fact that it is inserted in the building with a hotel, open up countless possibilities for its exploitation, highlighting proposals for restaurants, decoration or wellness, such as clinics or gyms. A supermarket is also a great option for this space, being a very welcome convenience offer in an area of great flux of residents, professionals and tourists". 

Bernardo Zammit e Vasconcelos, Head of Agency at Worx, points out that "the ample space with access to an exterior area which allows for the development of different uses and a central location are characteristics which are highly valued in the market and which will enhance the quick placement of the space. These characteristics will certainly bring added value to any entity that chooses this location".
