1st Phase of Antas Atrium reaches 75% of units sold
The most ambitious residential project in Portugal has already guaranteed the placement of 75% of the 176 flats that make up the first of six phases of the Antas Atrium, which is located in Porto and began its marketing in April 2021. The construction, which began in September 2021, has the delivery of the first phase already scheduled for the last quarter of 2023, with the work running on schedule, reaching already the structure of the last floor of the building, according to a statement sent to SUPERCASA News.

The quality of the project and the careful selection of construction and finishing materials guarantee the excellence of the Development. The several phases to be developed will result in a unique development in the national context, creating a closed and private condominium with an extensive green and leisure centre, with about 15 500 m², where you can find children's playgrounds, leisure areas, community vegetable gardens, outdoor exercise spaces, among others.

The new way of living the City has had a high level of acceptance and demand in the market, which has allowed the launching of the next phases to be scheduled. According to the administrator Carlos Vasconcelos "the market's reaction to this project has been surprising, 75% sold in one year is without a doubt an indicator that clearly proves that the project was thought and designed with a bet on the key differentiating vectors. We are already programming the launch of the second phase".

The first building to be put on the market has 176 flats and four commercial areas, distributed in typologies from T0 to T4, full of private balconies and terraces, with parking for all units, as well as storage room and charging points for electric cars. Each phase has its own interior amenities such as swimming pool, gym, children's area, laundry area and bicycle park and its own green area (2,300 m²) with outdoor playground, community vegetable garden and relaxation and wellness areas. In this phase, four commercial areas will also be built, with a total gross construction area of around 1,000 m².

One of the development's competitive advantages is its location. This area intends to become the new centre of Porto, close to everything: from shopping areas, the Alameda Shopping centre, the Dragão stadium, the Citizen's Store, medical clinics, schools, among countless other services and options to support families' daily lives. The proximity of the connection to the VCI and to the public transport network that feeds the entire Antas area makes the project easily accessible.

The Development is assumed by its innovation, modernity and differentiated positioning, with a contemporary architecture and designed in harmony with the surrounding area. Its scale was designed to be an advantage for the city of Porto and for its residents, bringing together three pillars that are difficult to replicate: complementary amenities, price and outdoor spaces.   

It is positioned in two main markets: national resident families and investors who are looking for interesting profitability solutions as an alternative investment. In the international market we have felt a growing increase in demand for both first and second homes in Portugal.
