From January 16 through January 20, voters who want to vote mobile can apply for early voting online or by letter.
Early voting in mobility: Know what you need to do
Those wishing to vote early on January 23, instead of January 30, the date on which the legislative elections are scheduled, should access the site of the Ministry of Internal Administration, choose the option "register" and proceed to the next steps by filling out the respective voter data and desired voting location.

According to the explanation provided by the Voter's Portal, in addition to the digital voter, voters can also request to register by sending a letter to the secretary general of the Ministry of Internal Administration, which should include the full name, date of birth, civil ID number, address, municipality where the voter intends to exercise the right to vote, telephone contact, and e-mail.

Those who are allowed to vote early on January 23 should go to the ballot box on that day, show their civil ID document, informing their parish of registration in the electoral register, and vote for one of the candidate parties for the 2022 legislative elections.

If, for some reason, those registered to vote mobile on January 23 cannot show up, they are allowed to vote on January 30.

After January 20, the deadline to apply for early voting follows for voters in compulsory confinement and voters in residential facilities (nursing homes) and similar institutions, who have between January 20 and 23 to register.
