Who are we?

iad (real estate from home) is a network of independent agents based on a wholly innovative model which breaks from the traditional concept of a real estate agency. iad Group

Founded in France, in May 2008, by three deep connoisseurs of the real estate sector, iad started from a visionary concept which merges real estate, web and network marketing. iad comes to dematerialise agencies (stores), promoting a relationship of closeness between the real estate agent and the client, offering a more competitive service for those who wish to buy, rent or sell a property.

With a business volume of 278 million euros, the iad group counts some of the world’s most important investment funds in its capital - Naxicap Partners, IK Investment Partners, Rothschild Five Arrows and Insight Partners – which shows the immense potential for this model created to revolutionise the real estate mediation paradigm.
