Descendo as escadas, entramos na sala de jantar, onde encontramos uma fonte em mármore/lava mãos (antiga pia batismal), do século XVI. Neste piso térreo temos ainda uma suite. A cozinha, com uma parede de azulejos Sec XVI tem acesso direto para o jardim, rodeado de muros de pedra antigos e um poço, bem como um telheiro em zona de calçada portuguesa. Aquecimento central em toda a casa, janelas oscilo batente e lareira na sala. A casa fica a 5 minutos da A8 e do Bombarral e a 20 minutos das Caldas da Rainha e das praias de Peniche, Supertubos, Foz do Arelho e dos 5 melhores campos de golfe da Região Oeste (West Cliffs, Guardian Bom Sucesso Golf, Praya d’El Rey Golf Course, Royal Óbidos Spa & Golf Resort e Montebelo Golfe) e a 45 minutos de Lisboa (72km).
