Поначалу конфликт фигур заслонял необходимую для замысла ясность и объективность, однако со временем и со зрелостью некоторых аспектов проекта результат был, по моему скромному мнению, достигнут вдвойне. Но нужно было решать и другие проблемы. Совместное проживание в одном и том же пространстве с другим человеком, моей женой, породило принуждение и различные опасения в рамках особенностей каждого из них, а именно того, как они хотят жить и жить в доме. Материалы, выбранные для строительства, произвели революцию в керамике, дереве, алюминии. В цветовой гамме преобладал белый цвет как основной элемент всего дома, засоливая его почти во всех его закоулках белыми канастерами. Было важно создать интимные отношения между внутренним и внешним. С этой целью был спроектирован внутренний двор, чтобы создать мост с южным фасадом дома и добиться гамбиарры естественного света для всех его отсеков. Половина этажей была создана, чтобы цокольный этаж не подвергался возможному затоплению из-за подъема уровня грунтовых вод и чтобы между этажами существовала вертикальная динамика.
