Regime of edification New constructions or reconstructions as well as works of amplification, should always be oriented in a way that harmonises them with the dominant characteristics of other buildings in the same area, in the lack of neighbouring buildings the conditions are as follows: Parcels of land designated for habitation must have access to a main road. The building can be constructed up to a maximum of 8 metres away from the road. An exception can be made as long as it is duly justified. New buildings within this area can be constructed wit up to 2 floors and a maximum height of 7 metres, occupying up to a maximum of 50% of the plot size. Materials, textures and colours of the exterior should be harmonious with the surrounding constructions, adequate for the correct integration with the surrounding countryside and compatible with the cultural and traditional values of the region. Electric & water The electric & water and their respective infrastructures, namely the supply of water and electric energy is the responsibility of the owner.
