The Mosteiros have a road that allows the connection to Ponta Delgada, both from the South and from the North, as well as to the city of Ribeira Grande. In the tourism sector, we highlight the interventions in areas such as the leisure area of Rosário, with the picnic area and the connection between the bathing areas of Rosário and the Fishing Port; the Viewpoint and Picnic Park of Fonte Grande; the viewpoint of Grota do Inferno, inserted in the Canário Forest; Largo da Mourisca; the recovery of the sinks; the Viewpoint of the Mother of God and the Viewpoint of Santo António, on the Regional Road. In terms of collective infrastructures, the parish is endowed with a Sports Centre; a Parish Hall with various support infrastructures; a Primary School; a Cultural Centre, which houses the Day Centre for the Elderly and the Scout Group; the Figueiras Playground and the Multipurpose Building, where the Parish Council is located, the People’s House and the Health Center. There are also several Housing Tourism/Local Accommodation units in the parish, as well as restaurants, cafes, snack bars and minimarkets.
