iad Group

Founded in France, in May 2008, by three deep connoisseurs of the real estate sector, iad started from a visionary concept which merges real estate, web and network marketing. iad comes to dematerialise agencies (stores), promoting a relationship of closeness between the real estate agent and the client, offering a more competitive service for those who wish to buy, rent or sell a property.

With a business volume of 278 million euros, the iad group counts some of the world’s most important investment funds in its capital - Naxicap Partners, IK Investment Partners, Rothschild Five Arrows and Insight Partners – which shows the immense potential for this model created to revolutionise the real estate mediation paradigm.

The proof of iad’s success is that, in a few years, it has become the biggest network of independent real estate agents in France, having today more than 14 000 agents, around 70 000 properties online and having made the dreams of more than 333 154 families come true.

iad began its internationalisation with the creation of iad Portugal in 2015, and is now present in Spain, Italy and Germany. iad has an ambitious expansion plan for several countries in the next decade, with the aim of becoming the biggest European real estate network.
