This land is mostly flat , has a paved road leading to the land, has some fruit trees and other native trees, good sun exposure, good location, just 10 km from Lagos, 4 km from Odiáxere, 5 km from Bensafrim. It was used for agriculture until 2021, planting tomatoes, corn, among others. This land has the potential to develop agricultural projects, horse riding, photovoltaic panels or others...
