Aurora is the new project in Lisbon symbolizes the excellence of the Portuguese architecture of the 50s
Aurora is the result of the rehabilitation of n.º7 of Avenida António Augusto de Aguiar, a perfect example of the "Suave Portuguese" architectural style, characteristic of Lisbon between the 1930s and 1960s.

This new residential project offers 36 apartments in different typologies and is already on the sales circuit, with co-exclusive marketing by JLL and Christie's Front Door.

The Aurora is located next to Marquês de Pombal, and is within walking distance to a wide range of transportation, equipment and landmarks, including Parque Eduardo VII, Saldanha, Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian, El Corte Inglès, Saldanha Residence or Monumental.

Promoted by Lantia, the project takes its name from the Goddess of Dawn of Roman mythology eternalized in the building in a sculpture signed by Leopoldo de Almeida, one of the great precursors of the Portuguese Suave style. The rehabilitation project preserves the identity of a progressive building of its time, transporting to the present this architectural aesthetic that changed the Portuguese urban landscape.

The Aurora offers 16 one bedroom apartments, 14 two bedroom apartments, and also 4 three bedroom apartments and two three bedroom penthouses. The Aurora One are the one-bedroom apartments, and are especially intended for investment purchase. The Aurora Two, the two-bedroom apartments, have their own parking space and bet on superior quality materials. The Aurora Three, the three bedroom apartments, include not only parking spaces, but also a storage room, with all the comforts for family life. The Aurora Penthouses stand out from the others by the integration of a terrace in the living room area.

The building provides all its residents with concierge service, including a room for receiving orders, and is positioned at the forefront of sustainable mobility with the integration of an e-parking area, a bicycle park with chargers for electric bicycles.

According to Patrícia Barão, Head of Residential at JLL Portugal, "with the charm of a rehabilitation that preserves the iconic Suave Portuguese style, Aurora is also a project that accompanies the transformation of Lisbon into a more modern and sustainable capital. Due to its centrality, it is a project where the concept of 'walkability' is very present, as it allows residents to access various points of interest and convenience within walking distance, in a new more conscious and ecological mobility. The diversity of typologies and the possibility of customizing apartments are another differentiating factor, thus attracting people and families in different stages of their lives. It is a winning project".

Rafael Ascenso, General Director of Christie's Front Door, says that "the Aurora building comes to meet several needs of our most demanding customers, both national and international: a cosmopolitan lifestyle, but simultaneously "greener" and focused on well-being, with great proximity to gardens, parks and bike paths. The exclusivity of this project, situated in one of the best locations of the Portuguese capital, is also reflected in the high quality finishes, in the functionality of the spaces and in all the amenities offered to its residents. It will undoubtedly be a sales success".
