Agostinho Sousa, CEO da empresa AS Imobiliária, nasceu em S. Miguel, Vizela.



Actualmente a frequentar o Curso Superior de Gestão Imobiliária na ESAI, ingressou no ramo da mediação imobiliária em 2008 na Remax, conseguindo alcançar deste então, todos os objectivos propostos, tanto para si próprio, como pelos seus clientes da zona de Vizela e áreas envolventes.



Em 2014, formou a sua própria equipa imobiliária, iniciando com 4 elementos e já em 2015 abraçou um novo projecto com a Keller Williams, tendo sido condecorado com vários prémios em Portugal e também recebidos nos Estados Unidos.



Dado os excelentes resultados obtidos, em 2015 abriu o seu ponto de venda no centro de Vizela, na Rua 11 de Julho (em frente à GNR).



Face à sua vertente empreendedora, em 2017 decidiu abandonar os grandes franchisings e criar a sua própria marca, AS Imobiliária.



Nesse mesmo ano, abriu duas novas agências da AS Imobiliária em duas grandes cidades, Felgueiras e Guimarães.



A agência de Felgueiras, na Praça da Comunidade Lusíada, n.º 50, teve a sua inauguração a 11 de Novembro de 2017, com a direção comercial a cargo de Vítor Ribeiro, com vasta experiência em relações humanas, gestão de equipas, e já inserido na mediação imobiliária.



Por sua vez, a abertura da agência na Cidade Berço, Guimarães, realizou-se a 25 de Novembro, na Rua D. João XXI, n.º 331.



Actualmente, toda a Equipa é composta por 23 elementos, sendo que o objectivo comum é proporcionar a todos os clientes, um serviço de excelência, a todos os níveis, relação humana, vertente burocrática, mediação com resultados gratificantes para todas as partes intervenientes.

Quinta da Quintã already existed in the early seventeenth century, being a term of the monastery of Paço de Sousa. Quinta da Quintã faces the so-called Santa Maria de Sousela Road (M561). It has excellent access as it is about a 5-minute drive from the A42 motorway. It has public electricity distribution networks (with street lighting) and water supply and telephone. The property faces the public road in the extension of about 85 meters. Part of this confrontation consists of the façade of the house and the other by a fence wall also in stone masonry. There are three gates that face the confining road: in addition to the façade gate, now only pedestrian, there is a wide (about 7 meters) sliding gate, supported by the fence wall, and another for entry of people, also supported by the fence wall. Due to the recent rise in the considerable road level, the height of the façade and the wall has been reduced. In one case and another, the inner level is considerably lower. In the case of the wall, the interior part begins to be much higher than the outside, until they are at the same level in the place of the wide gate, with car access. In the Lousada PDM, the track confining the road, with a variable depth between 20m and about 40m, is in stain classified as ’Cluster Expansion Zone’ - ’Medium Density’, and the remaining part of the property is in ’Safeguard Zones’ - National Agricultural Reserve (RAN). The part included in Urban and Urbanarea has an area of approximately 2,500 m2 and covers the buildings that exist in the property, as well as the surrounding strip of land, which extends to Nascente. The house It is an agricultural house dating back at least to the beginning of the 19th century. XVII, all in stone, unobstructed and with good views, which lends itself to a restoration and use with enormous potential. The exterior façade was reduced in height due to the substantial rise in street level, which forced to make some access stairs to the main entrance gate.
