Rua de Miguel Bombarda, especially due to the art galleries that have been installed there in recent years, has a cosmopolitan and avant-garde importance. The project preserves the original architectural aspects of the construction, but adapts the building to the most demanding conditions of comfort and modernity, making this project an added value for the area in which it is located. The location of the building and the quality of the project mean that the work is somewhat complex. This urban rehabilitation project is located in one of the most emblematic areas of the city of Porto, the Cedofeita/Praça Carlos Alberto area. The building is located at the junction of Rua Miguel Bombarda and Rua de Cedofeita, in an area where both streets are pedestrianized. Rua de Cedofeita is a historic, typically commercial street and an axis with a lot of pedestrian circulation, which connects the Boavista area to the center of Porto. It is a street lined with several emblematic buildings, which ends in one of the most beautiful squares in the city, Praça Carlos Alberto where there is the Order of Mount Carmel. The proximity to facilities, namely parking lots, service areas, commerce and transport are worth highlighting, as well as the proximity to the ’cosmopolitan’ life that Baixa do Porto offers. #ref:PRT9280
