Come and relax at this spectacular windmill, located right in the middle of the famous ’Route of the Mills’ in Angeja. The caster mill consists of 5 pairs of millstones, three of which are powered by the waters of the Ribeira do Fontão and two pairs are powered by electricity, all of which are in operation. In the mill house, in addition to a small bathroom, there is also a traditional rustic kitchen, with a huge wood-burning oven where bread and other delicacies of our traditional gastronomy are still baked. There is also space for a living area, and a bedroom and a bathroom can be adapted. Outside the mill house we find the ’Casa das Batatas’, which can be transformed into a cosy suite, with space for a small kitchenette. To complement the harmony and beauty of this mill we have a charming plot of land with an area of approximately 1800m2, where the weir is located, perhaps the most beautiful of the entire Windmill Route, which leaves us enchanted by the murmur of the passage of its waters, inviting us to go horseback riding, hiking, socialising with friends, or simply relax.
