No rés-do-chão encontramos duas divisões, que antigamente eram designadas de ’loja’, e onde normalmente se guardavam cereais, equipamentos, ou até alguns animais. No primeiro andar temos a área de habitação propriamente dita, com uma cozinha de tamanho razoável, casa de banho completa, uma sala e dois quartos. Na sala temos uma escada que dá acesso ao sótão, que cobre praticamente toda a área de implantação da casa. Apesar do declive do telhado, mesmo sem levantar o andar, a grande largura permite que se aproveite esta área para fazer mais uma sala ou quarto com boa capacidade de arrumação nas laterais.
