No rés-do-chão encontramos duas divisões, que antigamente eram designadas de ’loja’, e onde normalmente se guardavam cereais, equipamentos, ou até alguns animais. No primeiro andar temos a área de habitação propriamente dita, com uma cozinha de tamanho razoável, casa de banho completa, uma sala e dois quartos. Na sala temos uma escada que dá acesso ao sótão, que cobre praticamente toda a área de implantação da casa. Apesar do declive do telhado, mesmo sem levantar o andar, a grande largura permite que se aproveite esta área para fazer mais uma sala ou quarto com boa capacidade de arrumação nas laterais. Para além da beleza natural da Serra da Lousã, em que a pequena aldeia se encontra inserida, há a destacar a piscina natural da Roda Cimeira, local que dificilmente se encontra nos normais destinos de lazer.
