Andaluz 11, located in the parish of Santo António, is as close to and as far from the center of Lisbon as one could wish. It was born from the transformation of the building at No. 11 Rua de Andaluz, which dates back to the late 19th century. The development resulted from a demanding team of professionals committed to creating a building that connects heritage with modernity through the highest standards of architectural and construction quality.

The project houses five new apartments, integrated within the expansion and rehabilitation of the historic building, aiming to meet all the demands for comfort and accessibility in a contemporary living space. The project includes three distinct layouts, seeking to meet the different needs of its future residents. The complex consists of one four-bedroom unit with a patio and pool, two two-bedroom units on the first floor, and two three-bedroom duplex units spread across the second and third floors.

The civil parish of Santo António is the result of the merger of three Lisbon parishes: S. José, Coração de Jesus and São Mamede. This group of parishes stems from the administrative reorganisation of the city of Lisbon, which took place in September 2013. The history of these parishes goes much further back.
