Former home of rural landowners when houses were for large families and workers. A courtyard that could accommodate animal carts and still bears traces of stone mangers. The granite house, with three fronts, needs complete renovation. The challenge is to restore the old wooden ceilings or create something modern using the old granite. The courtyard area allows for a garden/leisure area with complete privacy in the middle of the village. In the village of Faiões, 3 km from the city centre, where Camilo Castelo Branco set the plot of one of his books. A building dating from before 1937 waiting for a new soul. #ref:C0533-00015
