The property is located in a peripheral area in relation to the central urban fabric of Porto Alto, 775m from E.N. 118, 2.2km from E.N. 10, 4km from the center of Samora Correia (parish seat) and 12km from the center of Benavente (municipal seat): The surroundings are characterized by the existence of scattered single-family houses, buildings intended for warehouse and industrial activity and land without construction (rustic and urban). On the land there is a building intended for services (space intended for organizing events), consisting of: basement with circulation areas, 2 changing rooms, bathroom and 14 divisions whose ’use’ is unknown, but which are assumed to be storage areas, warehouse and support areas for the activity; Ground floor consisting of circulation areas, party/dining room with 2 support bars, kitchen, cupboards, dining room (employees), storage, support warehouses and 4 bathrooms.
