A new life in the East

The Prateato project is an innovative residential offer, with 49 units, including Lofts and apartments, located in an area that is clearly being requalified, next to the River Tagus, between Beato and Parque das Nações.
Located in an old industrial area of Lisbon, currently bursting with creativity and innovation, the building projects all its original industrial features, based on high technology and modernity. With sloping roofs and large spans, open spaces and natural light, the building offers several housing concepts: Prateato Classic, Terrace, Green, Hybrid and Life, with typologies that include Lofts to 6 bedroom apartments and areas ranging between 39 and 300 sqm.
A new life is born in eastern Lisbon where the smell of the ocean is in the air.
