How do I change my data?

To change your user data in SUPERCASA, go to your account and select the option "Profile". From here you can change your personal data, access or billing. At the end, do not forget to click "Save Changes".

Have you forgotten your password? Click here and immediately receive an automatic email to reset your new password.

If you do not receive the email, click here and check if our messages are being forwarded to your inbox.

How do I cancel my account?

To deactivate your SUPERCASA account, go to your Settings and at the end you will have an option "Delete account".

By selecting this option, you can choose which services you want to deactivate, from alerts in your email to your SUPERCASA account subscription.

Attention, if you choose to cancel your subscription on the Portal, this action is irreversible and you will lose all information and will have no way to retrieve them, from published ads, favourite properties or saved searches, among other actions taken in SUPERCASA.
