This nice and tasteful apartment is only ten minutes’ walk from the old town of Lagos. The apartment has four bedrooms and an impressive terrace of 275 square meters in a southwest orientation. And it is the huge terrace that makes this apartment completely unique. With 275 square meters, there is plenty of space for socializing, cooking and plants of all kinds. With imagination and green fingers, you can create a lovely oasis here where you can enjoy the sun throughout the day. Today, there is a built-in BBQ just outside the kitchen, which means that you can create a fantastic outdoor kitchen here with a fridge, storage, outdoor hob and maybe a small herb garden. Next to, and outside the living room, there is already a pergola which is created for a perfect and large dining area. Here you can have wonderful dinners for many, many guests. This part of the terrace is in a south-west position, which means that this part has sun from morning to evening.
