Stunning land with 5.12ha and two ruins to recover in Cercas do Pontal, near Relva Grande, in the parish of S. Teotónio, municipality of Odemira. One of the ruins has an area of 46.44m2 and is intended for housing and the other has 14.14m2. The existing buildings can be extended. The ruins are located in a National Ecological Reserve area in the Erosion Risk Area and in the Habitats area - European Dry Heaths (non-priority), thus making it possible to extend. The property is 11.5 km from Odeceixe, 19 km from Rogil coming through Zambujeira de Baixo and 17 km from S. Teotónio. Less than half an hour away by car you can find the beaches of Costa Vicentina, shops and services. The Câmara de Odemira provides free transport for children in the area to the S. Teotónio School.
