On the land there is a building for services (space for the organization of events), consisting of a basement consisting of circulation areas, 2 changing rooms, I.S. and 14 divisions whose ’allocation’ is unknown, but storage areas, warehouse and activity support areas are admitted; Ground floor composed of circulation areas, party/dining room with 2 support bars, kitchen, pantries, dining room (staff), storage, support warehouses and 4 toilets. The building appears to have not been fully completed, nor to have been open to the public (otherwise, the matrix and building documentation only refer to the land), and is in a mediocre general state of conservation. Gross areas per floor: Basement: 480m2; Ground floor: 1,320m2.
