Project approved for the Construction of a Geriatric Center - Assisted Living, located between Lisbon and Setúbal. This equipment, which is characterized by a multifunctional building for senior residence, intended for services linked to the area of geriatrics and health care. Its main function is to be a residence center for the senior population, with housing typologies capable of providing a comprehensive response to the needs of this age group. This building consists of 30 rooms allocated to the Senior Residence (nursing home) and 33 rooms allocated to the Continuing Care Unit, with total capacity to provide assistance and care to 123 users. #ref:L549
