A Casa Alpendrada / Casa da Varanda do Carvalhal para Venda Situada na aldeia do Carvalhal, uma das aldeias mais antigas de Portugal. A Casa Alpendrada é uma casa de arquitectura tipicamente portuguesa, com uma tipologia T3 e 185m2 de construção, do início do século XVII. Totalmente reconstruída em 1998, com projecto de engenharia e projecto de arquitectura de interiores da autoria do Arq. Henrique da Mota. Por ser uma casa classificada pelo IPPAR (Instituto Português Património Arquitectónico) como casa de Interesse Municipal, toda a reconstrução foi feita de modo a preservar as características exteriores, criando todas as condições de habitabilidade modernas. O projecto de engenharia contemplou a construção de uma estrutura em betão armado (lajes, pilares e vigas) embutidos nas paredes de alvenaria de pedra.
