No pateo foi substituído e antigo poço em ruína por um poço de pedra do Séc XVII. Na Casa de Jantar foram colocados papéis pintados da Maison Zuber do Séc XIX, feitos a partir das ’Vistas do Brasil’ do pintor Deltil, executadas em 1829. Essas vistas não se encontram nas que no site da Maison Zuber aparecem ainda como reeditáveis, o que torna os papéis, comprados na Leiloeira Koller em Zurique, mais raros. Encontram-se reproduzidos em 7 págs. desdobráveis no livro ’ Papiers Peints Panoramiques’ (págs. 89 a 96), editado por Musee des Arts Decoratifs - Flammarion. A casa é composta por 30 divisões, distribuídas por 631,30 m2. No r/c conta com 13 divisões, das quais, 4 quartos, 2 wc’s e 2 casas de banho.
