Das Weingut verfügt über 21 ha Weinberge in Produktion (mit Tropfbewässerungssystem). In diesem Gebiet werden mehrere Sorten angebaut, wie der weiße Antão Vaz und Arinto oder der rote Alicante Bouchet, Alfrocheiro, Aragonês, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon... In Quinta das Ratoeiras gibt es ein Weingut / Casão Agrícola mit 250 m2, in dem der Traktor, der Anhänger und alle Geräte für ländliche Arbeiten gelagert werden. Im Teil des Kellers werden mehrere Weine mit den jeweiligen Marken hergestellt, entweder in Edelstahltanks oder in hundertjährigen Ton-Talhas, wobei die tausendjährigen Techniken verwendet werden, die uns die Römer hinterlassen haben, insbesondere in der Gemeinde Vidigueira. Es gibt auch einen Orangengarten (Sorten New Hall und Valencia Late) und einen weiteren mit der autochthonen Sorte der Region: die Orangenbirne, deren Eigenschaften die Süße und die Menge des Saftes sind. Zusammen mit dem Weinkeller fördert Quinta das Ratoeiras den ländlichen Weintourismus in einer modernen Hoteleinheit, die über 6 Doppelzimmer mit großzügigen Abmessungen verfügt und in der Sie mit dem Klang des Vogelgezwitschers aufwachen können, mit dem Duft von Obstbäumen in einer entspannenden Landschaft, die Sie aus den Augen verlieren können... Ein Frühstücksraum im obersten Stockwerk des Gebäudes rundet den Rest ab und hilft, gut in den Tag zu starten. Dort können Sie frisches laminiertes Obst, handgemachte Marmeladen, Honig aus den Bienenstöcken der Quinta und alles andere dieser Morgenmahlzeiten genießen, insbesondere das berühmte Brot von Vidigueira. Das Hotel hat das Potenzial (mit Genehmigung der Gemeinde), die Anzahl der Zimmer zu erhöhen. Die jährliche Auslastung beträgt 70% pro Jahr. Die römischen Ruinen von São Cucufate (350 m von der Quinta das Ratoeiras entfernt) sind die größten in Portugal und wurden vom Senat einem römischen Zenturio für die Eroberungen im Germanienfeldzug geschenkt, um der touristischen Attraktion der Region einen Hauch von Charme zu verleihen. Das dritte Gebäude der Quinta das Ratoeiras ist ein großes und traditionelles Alentejo-Wohnhaus mit 370 m2, das vier Schlafzimmer (alle Suiten) mit Zentralheizung, Garage und riesigem Dachboden umfasst.
