Two bedroom property sited in a nice village just 5 minutes from the town of Miranda do Corvo, in the district of Coimbra. This property comprises 2 bedrooms, lounge, rustic kitchen and bathroom on the first floor. The ground floor was used as an adega and storage area. The property had a new roof approximately 10 years ago and has mains water and electricity. The village is very rural where you can see the real Portugal in this lovely part of the country. There is also a detached barn opposite the house with a total area of 40m2. The house is habitable but does require work to make it comfortable. Good investment opportunity! Distances by car: Miranda do corvo 5 minutes, Penela 10 minutes, Coimbra 25 minutes, Figueira da Foz 60 minutes, Porto 90 minutes, Lisbon 120minutes. #ref:ko2697
