There is an approved project for a Rural Tourism with a total building area of 1.500 m2, but the permit can also be used for building your own luxury home with large swimming pool, terraces, garden, garage, stables for horses etc. The location is very secluded, not overlooked thus giving privacy. It is less than a 15 minute drive to the popular village of Armação de Pêra and the beautiful beach, Praia dos Pescadores. A walk into the center of Alcantarilha, will also take you less than 15 minutes.
