Inserted in a dynamic parish that drives the economy of the municipality of Famalicão, in Lousado, the Camões Building arises with the strong purpose of being able to create a concept that combines modernity, comfort and aesthetics.

We recovered a building with history in the parish, the mythical ’Café Arlindo’, we kept its original design but with a modern and minimalist look.

The Camõe Building consists of 4 T2 apartments, two on the ground floor and two on the ground floor.

All apartments have an individual entrance, giving a more private character to the property, as well as an outdoor parking space and an outdoor area for the exclusive enjoyment of the inhabitants.

The spaces were designed to create a perfect symbiosis between the interior and the exterior space.

We gave relevance to the choice of materials with textures that refer to nature, such as ceramics with rough textures, stones with natural lines; Oak woods and neutral colours with a predominance of white, green, and grey.
The windows, of generous size, allow a greater use of the sun exposure of the building.
