In the last summer holidays, when we said goodbye to a fantastic sunset in Portimão, the idea of creating a company where our passions and professional experiences were interconnected in a cohesive business came up.

Once the idea was launched, it was not possible to go back and we threw ourselves headlong into this new adventure.

The initial business idea was the bet on the management of local accommodation.

Create a company in this area capable of recreating in M.I Home accommodations the comfort of a home with the refinement and luxury of a Hotel.

When we were in full swing in building the company, the Covid-19 pandemic hit and we had to restructure, readapt and perceive the real estate market as a whole.

From this setback came what for us was an innovative and sincerely selling idea.

We have created a brand that aggregates the Local Accommodation, the real estate business, and several complementary services to both: home staging; interior decoration; and several complementary partnerships to the business.
