There is a different way of doing real estate in Portugal — and it is for this reason that Terrae exists.
We believe that buying, selling or investing in a property is much more than a transaction: it is a decision that touches people’s lives in deep layers — patrimonial, emotional, family. It was with this conviction that Terrae was born, a group built to accompany those looking for more than an intermediary: they are looking for a partner who is up to their decisions.
Terrae brings together, under the same brand, three business areas that usually live separately:
Terrae Imobiliária — Mediation in the purchase, sale and lease, with the care and detail that the medium-high segment requires.
Terrae Financial Solutions — Credit intermediation and independent financial advice, so that each solution serves the customer, not the other way around.
Terrae Investimentos — Real estate development and development of new residential projects, through its own SPVs, with architectural criteria, constructive quality and sustainable appreciation.
This integration is not a coincidence. It’s a choice. By placing the three areas within the same house, we eliminate friction, shorten decisions and ensure that the customer finds, in a single partner, all the pieces of a process that is traditionally fragmented and exhausting.
