Ria Terraces is a luxury development consisting of 33 townhouses, located near the Ria Formosa in Faro - Algarve.

Situated in the privileged setting of the Ria Formosa, the RIA TERRACES development promotes the construction and sale of 33 townhouses, along a fully master-planned subdivision in one of Faro’s finest residential areas.

Located in a growing residential zone, with excellent access to goods and services, transport, shopping areas, restaurants, and beaches, **RIA TERRACES** offers a prime location and breathtaking views over the Ria Formosa.

The project includes the phased construction of up to 33 townhouses, to be built in 4 distinct stages. It is aimed at middle-class families, featuring high-end finishes, top energy efficiency, and a design that fully integrates and takes advantage of the area’s unique landscape and surroundings.

The main goal of the development is to create a sustainable community that blends seamlessly with the surrounding natural resources and contributes to the residential expansion of Faro into the Montenegro area.

The project extends the Montenegro district along two newly developed streets. Its unique location offers stunning views over the Ria Formosa, optimal sun exposure, and envisions the development of an entirely new residential community with a modern design, excellent accessibility, and a wide range of nearby goods and services.

The first phase of the project includes the construction and sale of 6 townhouses - lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 - set to begin in 2023, with delivery to clients scheduled for 2024.

The homes will be 4-bedroom (3 en-suites), with a private pool, parking for two vehicles, basement, ground floor, first floor, and a usable rooftop terrace.

Tailored to You
The townhouse concept was designed not only to maximize the surrounding natural assets but also to offer residents the flexibility to adapt the space to their personal habits and needs.

The inclusion of a basement allows for a wide range of potential uses (such as a sauna, gym, wine cellar, home theater, etc.), while the functional and social living areas are located on the upper floors. Each home’s backyard allows for the installation of a pool and outdoor social area, as well as other uses of the private exterior space.

In addition to the usual layout, the RIA TERRACES project includes rooftop terraces for each home, designed as social and leisure areas with privileged views over the Ria Formosa.
