O tecto, é em madeira ’casquinha’ e montado em masseira e caixão, também dito, tecto ’em navio’. Neste salão há um bar de apoio com os mesmos materiais da sala e está equipado com balcões em inox, máquina de café e frigorífico. Dois WCs de apoio à área comum, um preparado para pessoas com mobilidade condicionada e senhoras, o outro para homens, têm as paredes inteiramente revestidas a azulejo e os pavimentos são em mosaico, pedra granito polido. Sala de jogos com pavimento em madeira, tábua corrida de pinho de Leiria.Tecto em madeira de ’casquinha’, em formabmasseira. Esta sala está equipada com snooker e mesas de jogos, cartas, dominó, xadrez, etc. Sala de pequenos almoços com pavimento em madeira, tábua corrida de pinho de Leiria. Tecto em estuque com caixotão para embeber projectores. Os quartos: 4 deles designados pelo tipo de mobília, são todos eles tipo ’suites’, hall de entrada, casa de banho e quarto. As casas de banho, completas, têm as paredes forradas a azulejo, tectos em pladur hidráulico, e os pavimentos em mosaico de granito polido.
