How to receive alerts of new properties and mark houses as favourites

How do I create alerts to be aware of new properties in the area I am looking for?

In a first step, you should start your search in SUPERCASA and when you get the results of properties in that area you will find a button on your left side "Save Search".

Every time you save a search, you will automatically receive daily and immediate alerts with changes in your search: new photos, price drops or new houses.

How to edit/change/delete alerts?

In your personal area, click on "Searches" to view all your saved searches.

From here you can delete alerts or change the name of the search to make it easier to identify you.

If you want to create a new search, you should follow the step above, starting your new search again and at the end click "Save Search".

I don't receive any alerts in my email

If you are not receiving any alerts from SUPERCASA, make sure our email is not in your spam or junk box.

To add SUPERCASA to your safe email list, just select our email in the checkbox and then click "Not Junk/Not Spam" to start receiving our communications in your inbox.

How do I mark a property as "Favourite" to receive all changes to this property or to save it and view it later?

You can mark a property as "Favourite" to view it at a later time or to keep track of all the changes that this property will have like a price decrease. When you save the property, you will receive immediate alerts in your email with all the changes.
