If you cannot see the phone number you will have to register in SUPERCASA.

I saw an error in an ad. What can I do?

In the detail of each property there is a "Do you see an error" section, in the middle of the page, with a button to report the error you have identified. All users can report any inconsistency. After the error is validated by our support team, we will contact the advertiser.

Insert your contact data;
Fill in the property data, from the characteristics to the multimedia elements;

Prices for owners

The first 2 private listings are free for all property types (land, houses, apartments, etc.), until the deal is closed.
A fee will be charged, in the cases mentioned below, in order to guarantee the best quality of service:

when the limit of free published ads is exhausted (2 ads)
when advertisers insert duplicate properties
when a property is for sale for more than 1.000.000 euros
when properties for rent are more than 2.000 euros/month

How do I change the ad data/add photos or other multimedia content?

Go to your "Personal Area" and then click on the "Properties" menu.
In the "Published" or "Unpublished" section select the ad you wish to edit.

Go to your "Personal Area" and then click on the "Properties" menu.
In the "Featured Ads" section select the ad and the type of featured ad you wish to edit.

How to announce a price reduction for your property?

All the ads that undergo a price reduction will be automatically highlighted for 15 days, free of charge.

How do I reactivate my ad?

If you have removed your listing from publication or it has expired, log in to your account and click on the "Properties" menu. Select the "Unpublished Properties" section and republish the property in question.

How to hide the ad address?

A Real Estate Portal, if it doesn't know where the property is, or has the wrong information, will present the property with incomplete information or in the wrong place.
So you should always fill in the address of your property, and if you wish to hide it publicly, click on the option "Do you want to hide the street and number? We remind you that this option has an added cost.

How to cancel/deactivate the ad?

We recommend that you deactivate each ad as you do business: selling or renting. This way you will save time, not only for yourself, but also for the users who are looking for a house.
To cancel your ad, just click on the "Published" on/off option. We suggest that you do not delete it in case you want to reactivate it in the future.

When and how is each ad renewed?

The first renewal is after 60 days of the first publication, however, you can renew your ad whenever you think it&#x27;s appropriate.

How do I change my data?

To change your user data in SUPERCASA, go to your account and select the option "Profile". From here you can change your personal data, access or billing. At the end, do not forget to click "Save Changes".

How do I cancel my account?

To deactivate your SUPERCASA account, go to your Settings and at the end you will have an option "Delete account".
By selecting this option, you can choose which services you want to deactivate, from alerts in your email to your SUPERCASA account subscription.
Attention, if you choose to cancel your subscription on the Portal, this action is irreversible and you will lose all information and will have no way to retrieve them, from published ads, favourite properties or saved searches, among other actions taken in SUPERCASA.
