1.Data controller

The SUPERCASA portal (hereinafter “SUPERCASA”) is a brand of Janela Digital – Informática e Telecomunicações, S.A. with headquarters at Rua da Criatividade Lote 6, Parque Tecnológico de Óbidos, in 2500-216, Óbidos, with tax identification number NIPC 504512501 and is the entity responsible for data processing.

2. What kind of information is collected?

Personal id information may be requested when there is a request for a service, communication subscription, access to areas with mandatory registration or other activities on the portal.

We may collect and process the following information about you:

• Information such as name, telephone or mobile phone, address, interests, marketing preferences, credit information (if necessary) and any other personal information relevant to the services we provide. This information can be provided when registering interest, subscribing our services, newsletters or requesting information;

There is no obligation to provide personal information, which is a user's decision, however, if you do not want to provide the requested personal information, you may not be able to complete the service subscription or access certain areas or services of the portal.

3. Integration of your Google account into the SUPERCASA portal

When you integrate your Google account with the SUPERCASA. It has its own server infrastructure located in mainland Portugal. We offer sufficient guarantees regarding the protection of your personal information, which is administered in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal information, as well as this privacy policy.

3.2. What data do we receive when integrating with your Google account?

Google User: We receive all your data as a Google user, including but not limited to your name, surname, email address and / or phone number.

3.3. Who has access to your data when integrating your Google account?

The recipients will be the account holder, Google and SUPERCASA only as users at the administrator level, performing the role of supervisors. We will only import relevant information regarding integration into SUPERCASA.

4. Integration of your Facebook account into the SUPERCASA portal

4.1. What happens when you integrate your Facebook account with the SUPERCASA portal?

When you integrate your Facebook account with the SUPERCASA. It has its own server infrastructure located in mainland Portugal. We offer sufficient guarantees regarding the protection of your personal information, which is administered in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal information, as well as this privacy policy.

4.2. What data do we receive when integrating with your Facebook account?

Facebook User: We receive all your data as a Facebook user, including but not limited to your name, surname, email address and / or phone number.

5. How is this personal information used?

The SUPERCASA portal will collect, record, store, and use your personal data in the following ways:

• To provide information about new products or services, product updates, the sending of commercial newsletters, SMS messages, informational emails, and surveys regarding future products or improvements;
• To fulfil our obligations arising from any subscribed services;
• To notify you about changes to our products and services;
• To offer special deals that may be of interest to you;
• To develop and improve products and services that meet the user’s needs, using feedback and market insights;

7. Who has access to your personal information and to what extent?

Your personal information is not sold or rented to third parties. From time to time, we may contact you on behalf of a business partner about a particular offer that may be of interest to you.

In addition to the SUPERCASA group companies, and for the purposes described above, we do not sell, exchange or transfer your personal information to third parties in any way, except when sharing it is necessary to provide a service requested by you, such as sending a contact request to a property's advertiser. You may at any time choose not to allow the sharing of your personal information with third parties. 7.1. Contacts sent through SUPERCASA MCP (ChatGPT Integration)

When the User interacts with SUPERCASA MCP through ChatGPT and requests information or contact relating to a property, the data strictly necessary to respond to the request (name, email address, telephone number and associated message) is shared with the relevant advertiser or real estate agency.

Consent: Data is shared solely and exclusively after the User's explicit confirmation in the ChatGPT interface.

Data Retention: Data associated with contact requests sent via SUPERCASA MCP is retained while the User's SUPERCASA account remains active or until the User requests its deletion, unless the law requires it to be retained for a longer period (e.g. tax or legal obligations).

Data Subject Rights: The User may, at any time, request the deletion of their contact data or the closure of their account through the SUPERCASA Portal's support channels.

8. Who manages personal information?

The information collected is managed and controlled by SUPERCASA. It has its own server infrastructure located in mainland Portugal. We offer sufficient guarantees regarding the protection of your personal information, which is administered in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal information, as well as this privacy policy.

In order to improve the services offered, we may include links to partner websites. Each website has its own privacy statements, so it is recommended to read them when using them.

10. How long will SUPERCASA keep my personal data?

We will keep your data in our system for the time necessary for our activity or for the time specified in any contract entered into between the SUPERCASA portal and the user and/or the user's consent is maintained, as well as, where applicable, for monitoring possible legal responsibilities.

11. Delete Account

12. What cookie information is saved?
