Prices for owners

The first 2 private listings are free for all property types (land, houses, apartments, etc.), until the deal is closed.

A fee will be charged, in the cases mentioned below, in order to guarantee the best quality of service:

• when the limit of free published ads is exhausted (2 ads)
• when advertisers insert duplicate properties
• when a property is for sale for more than 1.000.000 euros
• when properties for rent are more than 2.000 euros/month
