Soulful Living

The Alba project offers five detached houses, each approximately 200 sqm converted into 3-bedroom houses, with an elevator and private terrace. These houses emerge from the refurbishment of a former warehouse of civil construction materials, where its architectural characteristics were preserved, bringing history and modernity together in this development.
At Alba, the atmosphere is of simplicity and clarity, visible from the façades decorated with its iconic windows, opening out to Rua do Açúcar.
Its interiors show a plain chromatic palette, waiting to be coloured by the life of their inhabitants. With a generous ceiling height and an outdoor vertical garden, the Alba embodies Lisbon’s soul in all the serenity, comfort and sophistication of this city, which is also home.

Modern, but bursting with tradition, Lisbon is the perfect city to receive this residential project, in a neighbourhood that reflects the dynamism and soul of the old and new city. In Marvila, we find new life among the refurbishment of its warehouses and a youthful atmosphere under constant growth. Here, art flourishes in art galleries, restaurants and numerous cultural spaces and the future smiles at us from the riverside, where we encounter other projects related to technology, innovation, entrepreneurship and creativity. It is this emerging revitalization that is transforming Marvila into Lisbon’s new cultural centre.

Surrounded by excellent transport accesses and set in the main axis of Lisbon’s urban expansion, this is a prime location between the city centre and Parque das Nações.
With the airport just five minutes away and the city centre at a distance of eight minutes, this is a superb address for those seeking easy and quality access, while enjoying all the peacefulness of life alongside the River Tagus.

Alba is much more than just a luxury residential complex. It is a project with a soul.
