Our history
umseisum was founded in 2006 and became a global technical project in 2011, bringing together people with more than 20 years’ experience in management, investment, engineering, construction and architecture.

Since then, the team has grown and with it we have become even closer to our clients, with the opening of the Technical Atelier and the Real Estate Atelier in Porto and the Mercado Loft Store decoration shop, also in Porto.

Convinced that the future in the coming years will involve rationalising investment in the real estate sector by reusing what exists, at umseisum we have a department that researches and analyses new solutions and new materials, the aim of which is to obtain the best results in terms of aesthetics and durability, combined with a price that suits the current situation, thus creating the concept of intelligent investment.

A complete and fully integrated process involving our technical engineering, construction, architecture, design and decoration teams, as well as the real estate area, coordinated by the management teams, in order to carry out effective work to fulfil our client’s financial plan.
