Ethics Rentals originated as a continuation of the draft lease and management of real estate started by Manager Christopher Stern under the domination of Lecicasa rentals, creating a stable and secure solution in temporary housing over 4 years.

We continue with the main aim of the company, the safety with which we treat our rental process, thinking about our customers real estate owners as well as our customers.

Secondary objective but not failing to be main when necessary, is the transparency of our processes.

We also have additional services like cleaning, maintenance of buildings, repairs, etc. as a complement of our varied services in the treatment of the lease processes, resulting in a comfort and convenience of our customers, owners and tenants.

The accuracy and the requirement of our company resulted in a remarkable success during these few years, once reached close to 100 properties in rental management, with a success rate variable between 95 and 97%. Evidence is the results obtained and recognized by our customers, from the most different parts of the world, who trust their properties, for which we thank them here.
